when you meet with a counsellor for individual therapy, you have the opportunity to develop goals and concrete pathways to reaching those goals.  individual therapy can also give you the opportunity to explore themes in your life, helping to develop a deeper understanding.

all therapeutic modalities are being offered virtually using the jane app platform. currently, i am booking evening and weekend online therapy sessions.​
